Introducing Pavsoft's latest development, Inndoor - a fully integrated Property Management System that provides full electronic access control management, key cutting, reservation, guest folio, housekeeping, guest history and security monitoring on a single PC or a network of PC's.
One system with multiple functions, Inndoor provides an easy and smooth implementation of the property management process, from checking room availability, adding a reservation, checking in the guest and cutting keys all in one continuous operation with or without interfacing to third party software and hardware.
With a powerful and flexible access map feature, staff and guest access to rooms, lifts and public rooms can be easily controlled. Further access to paid facilities can be easily granted. Guest safety and security is further enhanced by Inndoor allowing continuous monitoring of the status of each room.
Inndoor provides a comprehensive audit trail with different search criteria that can tracks any activities on rooms or keys that are issued. Security staff can easily monitor access activities on rooms or keys using Inndoor audit trail monitoring features.

Upgrade Compatibility
Inndoor replaces the 3 existing access control systems (SSHS, SAHS and HLSI) with one fully integrated system and also adds a new optional property management module.
The system is backwards compatible with our existing HLSI and SAHS products, maintaining all existing features and introducing new features so that existing clients that already use the HLSI and SAHS can be upgraded to Inndoor easily.
An existing HLSI/SAHS database can be easily converted to Inndoor with minimal interruption to current hotel operations. Current staff and guests will operate as usual using existing issued keys to access the rooms during and after the upgrades.
Modules Configuration
The system consists of 4 modules:
- Inndoor PMS - Booking module
- Inndoor KLS Standalone - Trk1CDS module
- Inndoor KLS Network - Trk2CDS module
- Inndoor Interface to External PMS module

Technical Specification
Inndoor uses Java with an SQL database deployed on a Linux server. It integrates with CDS Duralock hardware and is backwards compatible with the existing Pavsoft access control systems. This allows existing clients to upgrade easily to Inndoor without any changes to their existing access control hardware.
